Our Phased Consultancy Approach

Where are you? Where do you need to be?

What's helping/not helping you get there?

Our nine phase framework gives us a structure to work together.

Your organisation's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, can be scored and assessed; we then co-create a project to address those areas that require consultancy.

OUR WORK VALUES & OUR LIFE VALUES

We care about society, and the environment. We believe in values-driven ESG programmes that reflect company culture, employees’ lives, and broader themes such as climate change anxiety, employee engagement, and diversity.

We walk our talk... green+seen uses 100% renewable electricity, measures water use (1/3 the average UK per person consumption), is committed to zero food waste, commits to 12 charity volunteer days per person each year, has been driving electric cars since 2015. We procure 100% renewable energy, and we have installed solar panels / a battery / an air source heat pump.

Finally, we restrict any business flight activity, and on the wider societal UK behaviour change side, we engage with UK-Wide schemes such as working with Steph for Smart Energy UK:
